DEER PARK WOMEN'S FELLOWSHIP
Mrs. Margaret Phillips presided this week's meeting of the Fellowship and opened by extending a particularly warm welcome to guest speaker Mrs. Melanie Ablitt, no stranger to the Fellowship whose presence always holds much pleasure and anticipation for members.
This week Mrs. Ablitt based her lively and imaginatively illustrated address on the text Faith Hope and Love, the greatest of these is love.
In giving thanks to Mrs. Ablitt for sparing the time to come to Tenby despite her busy schedule, Mrs. Brenda Court portrayed the feeling of al those present by stating she was like a ray of sunshine.
Mrs. Ablitt closed her talk by offering the prayer with Mrs. Phillips choosing and reading the scripture from Matthew 18 verses 1 to 11.
The hymns were chosen by Mrs. Olwen Dickinson who was the pianist, Mrs. Joan Lewis and Mrs. Phyllis were tea hostesses.
Next week the guest will be Reverend John Potter.
