On a sunny bright morning, Mr. Gerald Duffett gave a welcome to visitors and friends on entering the church. Mr. Chris Llewellyn introduced the service; the music group accompanied the worship. The situations both locally and worldwide were items mentioned during the open prayer time.
Chris continued with his study on the life of Abraham, taking his theme from Genesis, chapters 20-21, which deals with Abraham and his wife Sarah visiting the land of the Philistines, and the birth of Isaac.
In these situations, they learn to take disobedience against God's will seriously and learn from mistakes which they made. The lesson for today is the same, remembering to be good neighbours and that God keeps his word.
