Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority members are being recommended to hold a further special meeting of the development control committee on the afternoon of Monday, December 1, to consider the Bluestone Project application. The venue will again be the Queen's Hall, Narberth.
At the earlier special meeting - on September 29 - to discuss this major application the committee deferred consideration following last minute legal advice concerning environmental matters.
Since then consultants for the developers have provided further environmental information - in particular further species survey results and consideration of discharges from the sewage system into the Cleddau Estuary.
The new information has been publicised to give interested parties an opportunity to comment. Consultations have also taken place with statutory bodies.
