The Saundersfoot in Bloom Flower Festival was held recently at St. Issell's Church by kind permission of Rev. Canon Michael Butler RD.

The church looked really beautiful, with 32 wonderful displays from organisations depicting the life of the community, 'always working together'.

Very grateful thanks are extended to all who took part, including Mick Gulliford and Gareth Holden for the lovely music played on the church organ and the Tenby and Saundersfoot Lions for erecting the directional signs.

The next event to take place will be the judging of the gardens on Wednesday, July 15. As yet, not many entries have been received, but there is still time to enter as entry forms, which are available at the Tourist Information Centre or from secretary Rosemary Hayes, will be accepted up to Wednesday morning. Judges will be Mrs. Val Paley, Mrs. Joyce Lewis and Mr. Alwyn James.
