A dazzling firework display saw Tenby Round Table’s first Summer Spectacular of the season wow crowds who attended the popular event at the resort’s harbour.

The entertainment for the day kicked off to the beat of Samba Doc, followed by a display from the Seren Irish Dancers, which led into sets from Mike Jones, Kelsey Jo, Sleeping Dogs, Johnny Lawless and After the Fire.

“We were delighted to host our first Summer Spectacular on Sunday in the beautiful setting of Tenby Harbour,” said chairman of Tenby Round Table Ieuan Rowell.

“I’d like to thank all our wonderful volunteers, performers and members for putting on such a great show, and most importantly to all of the people who came along and supported this charity event!

“We had some fantastic bands and singers on stage with a brilliant fireworks display to finish the event.

“Thankfully the weather held out with the rain only coming in as the fireworks ended.

“I want to again thank our members and volunteers who gave up 16 hours of their day to put on this great event.

“We look forward to hosting our second event on Sunday, August 18, and hope to see you there!” he added.

The next Round Table event will see acts - Amanda Short, Paul Reggie, Sleeping Dogs, Trojan Monkey, and The Collective take to the stage.
