Glorious seaside weather was enjoyed by 50 dapper fundraisers for the 2023 ‘Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride’ in Pembrokeshire on the weekend.
The fundraising event started at Tenby Harbour on one of the best days for biking across the county, with classic and vintage style motorcycles on display, and those taking part dressed dapperly and riding to raise funds and awareness for men’s mental health and Prostate Cancer Research.
After gathering at Tenby’s picturesque harbour, riders set off around parts of the county, before finishing at Saundersfoot Harbour via Cresswell Quay.

Tenby actor and town councillor Charles Dale - a keen motorcycle enthusiast also joined in with the action from his hometown.
The Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride was founded in Sydney, Australia, by Mark Hawwa. It was inspired by a photo of the character Don Draper from the popular TV show Mad Men, seen astride a classic bike and wearing his finest suit!

Mark decided a themed ride would be a great way of connecting niche motorcycle enthusiasts and communities while raising funds to support the men in our lives..
103,143 riders took part worldwide, with 893 rides taking place in 107 countries.
Local rider and organiser Steve Dean said he was really happy with the 50 riders in Pembrokeshire who turned out for the event, with thanks going to the marshals and participants for a great day out.
