Many thanks go to the president, Mr. Islwyn John, for the successful and very enjoyable trip to North Pembrokeshire in September. The visits to two farms was a special treat.
Will members, old and new, please note that the first meeting of the winter season will be on Thursday, October 16, at the Royal Lion Hotel, for the usual coffee morning. Commencing at 10.30 am, coffee and Welsh cakes will be served and speaker will be the Pembrokeshire County Councillor for the Welsh Language.
Subs of £5 per person for the year will be collected at the meeting and programmes for what's happening in the 2008-9 season will be available.
