If you fancy getting out and about next Thursday evening then why not join the Pembrokeshire Freewheelers cyclists for a leisurely bike ride.
Wendy Hale will be your guide for the evening and will be taking you on a delightful circular ride out of St. Davids city, around the lanes of Berea and then back to the city via Tretio and Dowrog Commons.
The route is on quiet county lanes and is ideal for family groups and new cyclists. The ride, which gets under way at 6.30 pm, is free and should take about two hours.
Start and finish is at St. Davids Visitor Centre Car Park.
This guided bike ride has been developed as part of the 'Pembrokeshire Greenways' initiative, in partnership with Pembrokeshire Freewheelers, to encourage walking, cycling, bus and train travel to the Pembrokeshire countryside.
The next ride takes place as follows: Sunday, September 8, 10 am, TTT ride. Start/finish at Town Moor Car Park, Narberth. Duration - three to four hours.
Route description - heading out of Narberth, along quiet county lanes past Heronsbrook and up to Molleston Cross, where you'll enjoy breath-taking views of the Preseli Hills.
