Whitland shrugged off the challenge of Division Three leaders Pembroke Dock after building up a commanding total of 237-3.
The first wicket partnership of 142 between Edward John and Jonathan Thomas established two club records.
It eventually led to the total of 230-3, which is higher than any other total scored before by the Whitland club in the competition and Edward John's innings of 83no, which included three sixes and seven fours, was the highest individual innings by a Whitland batsman in all Bowl matches.
Jonathan Thomas was the first to depart for 62, but Paul Davies maintained the momentum in his innings of 33.
The Dock were bowled out for 72 in reply, with David Dunfee and Chris Boyett the top scorers on 13 apiece.
Spinner Paul Webb had the Dock batsmen in all sorts of trouble and finished 4-22 and Daniel James took three early wickets for 27 runs.
Johnston scored 161-9 away to Llangwm after good batting by Steve Mills with 56 and Ian Phillips with 22.
Darren Brick and Chris Inward were the pick of the bowlers with figures of 4-24 and 3-30, respectively.
Llangwm won by five wickets with some robust batting, particularly by Adrian Harries in his innings of 71, which included six sixes and six fours.
Luke Brock was there at the end with 34no.
Lee Summons had a fine bowling spell for Johnston to finish with 5-26.
After losing to Neyland in the Duggie Morris Cup, Carew came up with the answers in the Harrison Allen Bowl to win by eight wickets at Neyland, who had reached a total of 131-9.
Paul Murray top scored with 45, ably supported by Patrick Hannon with 27.
Surprisingly Andrew Miller batted at number eight and finished on 17no.
Tom Davies in his first Harrison Allen match for the Carew team was the pick of the bowlers with 4-36, his cousin Rhys Davies took 2-26 and Robert Scourfield 2-29.
Carew reached 132-2 with almost five overs to spare as Nick Scourfield and Brian Hall added 85 for the second wicket following the early dismissal of Ian Sefton.
Scourfield dropped anchor to finish with 56no, including four sixes and four fours, and Brian Hall scored 51 with seven fours.
Cresselly skipper Simon Cole had an amazing innings of 122 from just 67 deliveries with 19 fours and three sixes when his team were home to Herbrandston.
Cole has now scored three centuries in Harrison-Allen matches and his innings of 122 established a new club record in the competition.
Cole opened the innings with Phil Williams and the pair accumulated 215 for the first wicket before Williams departed from the scene after a fine 77. Cresselly finished on 226-2.
In reply, Herbrandston were bundled out for 42 as Lyn Richards took 4-13 and there were two wickets each for Richard Harris, Morgan Gildoenhuys and James Venables.
St. Florence scored 99-8 at home to Crymych, who won by eight wickets upon reaching 100-2.
Peter Hall top scored for the Saints with 17 as Crymych skipper Eurig Lewis took 4-26 and there were two wickets each for David Deardon and Dai Jenkins.
A second wicket partnership of 86 between Elgan Vittle and Rhydian Wyn was instrumental in Crymych overtaking the St. Florence score.
Vittle scored 59no with one six and six fours and Rhydian Wyn proved to be the ideal foil in his innings of 31.
Fishguard scored 181-3 at St. Clears after good batting by Nigel Morgan with 59, Rhys Dalling with 53no and Rob Cousins with 37.
Ceri Jones picked up two of the wickets to fall.
In reply, sixth division St Clears did extremely well against the second division outfit to reach a total of 115-8. Skipper Andrew Edwards opened the innings and scored 30. His opening partner James Ingleton scored 24 and Robert Morgan chipped in with 20.
Nigel Morgan had a good all round match for the visitors and was the pick of the bowlers in a 4-21 spell.
Quarter-final Draw
Will the Harrison-Allen Bowl quarter-final draw produce some one-sided games or will one of three Third Division sides produce a surprise result?
There is only one tie featuring two Division One clubs, with the three others featuring Llangwm from Division Two and Crymych, Fishguard and Lamphey from Division Three.
The holders Cresselly will be home to Whitland on Tuesday, June 29, and Fishguard will be home to Llangwm the same evening.
On Thursday, July 1, Haverfordwest are home to Crymych and Lamphey are home to Carew.
Tony Pidgeon Ormond Youth Cup
Whitland have been knocked out of the Tony Pidgeon Ormond Youth Cup for the first time since being runners-up in the 2003 final.
Their amazing record of success in this age group competition was ended at Cresselly, where the Cresselly team won by 41 runs.
Iwan Izzard with 47 and Matthew Morgan with 44no set up a Cresselly total of 142-4, but Whitland were bowled out for 101 in reply, despite the efforts of Nico Setaro with 37 and Daniel James with 27.
Matthew Morgan took 4-10 and Edward James 3-16.
Llechryd lost by nine wickets away to Carew, who scored 73-1 after Llechryd had batted first to reach 72-9.
In the Llechryd innings, Rhys Davies scored 14 as classy leg-spinner Ceri Brace took 4-13 and Joel Reed 3-20.
Tom Scourfield led the Carew run chase in his innings of 41no.
Narberth won by 70 runs away to Hook, who were bowled out for just 24 in reply to a Narberth total of 94-7.
Connor Lloyd with 42 and skipper Owen Richards with 19 had an opening partnership of 71 for Narberth, but when Tom Blaxland and Bradley Flood came back for their second spells, wickets fell at regular intervals, with Blaxland taking 4-19 and Flood 3-15.
After Tim Mills had dismissed danger man Tom Blaxland, the Hook innings fell apart, with Jordan Howell taking 5-9 and Tim Mills 3-8.
Stackpole scored 126-7 at Crymych to win by 45 runs after dismissing Crymych for 80.
Richard Simon with 46 and Huw Mason with 25 were the main run-getters for the visitors as Tomos Lewis took 4-32.
Andrew Gorman with 15 was the top scorer in the Crymych reply as Greg Thompson took 4-16 and Ryan Williams 3-18.
Pembroke lost by nine wickets away to Llanrhian.
