Tourism and hospitality businesses from across Pembrokeshire have been recognised at the Croeso Awards 2026, celebrating the people, places and experiences that make the county such a special destination.

Organised by Visit Pembrokeshire, the awards were held at Pembrokeshire College on Thursday, October 29, bringing the industry together for a black-tie celebration of quality, innovation and customer service.

Seventeen awards recognised achievements across accommodation, food and drink, attractions, experiences and tourism services, alongside sustainability, accessibility and emerging talent.

Emma Thornton, CEO of Visit Pembrokeshire, said: “The Croeso Awards are an opportunity to recognise the hard work, creativity and care that go into welcoming visitors to Pembrokeshire.

“Behind every winner is a person or team committed to making their guests’ experience special. This year’s winners reflect the breadth of our tourism industry, from distinctive places to stay and eat to memorable activities and businesses helping make tourism more inclusive and sustainable.

“Congratulations to all our winners and finalists. You should be incredibly proud of your achievements and the contribution you make to Pembrokeshire’s visitor economy and local communities.

“Thank you also to our sponsors, partners and the students and staff at Pembrokeshire College, whose enthusiasm and commitment helped make this celebration possible.”

The evening also showcased the next generation of hospitality professionals through a twelve-month mentoring programme between The Celtic Collection and Pembrokeshire College.

Building on the successful partnership with Seren for the 2024 awards, The Celtic Collection worked alongside college students to develop their skills and help them deliver the 2026 celebration. Students took part in all aspects of the event, from sourcing local produce and developing the menu to preparing and serving a three-course dining experience.

A year in the planning, the event saw Pembrokeshire College transformed into an elegant venue for the black-tie celebration. Students played a leading role throughout the evening, putting their learning into practice alongside some of Wales’s most talented hospitality professionals.

The partnership ensured the Croeso Awards celebrated both the achievements of today’s tourism businesses and the emerging talent that will help shape the industry’s future.
