A Tenby man has been remanded in custody, after being accused of sexual activity with a teenager.

Forty-one-year-old Andrew Gold, has been charged with intentionally causing or inciting a child to engage in sexual activity of a non-penetrative nature, namely masturbation - with the offence alleged to have taken place in Woolwich between June 20 and September 7 of last year.

The defendant is also alleged to have engaged in sexual communication with a child, between the same dates.

At the hearing at at Haverfordwest Magistrates Court on Thursday, January 25, no plea was entered for Gold, who was remanded into custody, with the case committed to Swansea Crown Court.

The defendant is due to appear in court next on Monday, February 26 for a plea and trial preparation hearing.
