A KILGETTY driver has been sentenced for failing to provide a breath specimen for analysis at Haverfordwest when required to do so.
William Badham, of Ryelands Lane, appeared before Haverfordwest Magistrates Court on Tuesday, May 19.
Having entered a guilty plea, the 24-year-old was disqualified from driving for 17 months and made subject to a community order.
The order includes a 90-day abstinence from alcohol with monitoring equipment and non-residential drug rehabilitation, a six-month period to provide samples and rehabilitation activity as specified by the responsible officer: to attend appointments, or to participate in any activity as required, up to a maximum of 10 days.
Badham pays £85 court costs, plus a surcharge of £114.
