A DRIVER from Haverfordwest has been bailed for sentencing after being found guilty of failing to provide a required blood specimen.

Sally Nolan, of Three Meadows, appeared before Haverfordwest Magistrates’ Court on October 20, having pleaded not guilty on September 2.

However, the court verdict was that the 52-year-old was guilty as charged. On August 15 at Johnston, when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen of blood she had failed ‘without reasonable excuse’ to do so.

The defendant was remanded on conditional bail, with an interim disqualification and a requirement to co-operate with probation, pending the next hearing - for sentencing - at Haverfordwest Court. The bail conditions were set to prevent reoffending.
