A MAN with no fixed abode, currently residing at Clarbeston Road, was in court for criminal damage carried out to a Haverfordwest property in February.
Nicholas Prevett, aged 40, appeared before Haverfordwest Magistrates Court on Tuesday, August 18 and pleaded guilty to causing £200 worth of criminal damage a door at Highfield Manor on February 28, “intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged.”
Taking into account his guilty plea, Prevett was fined £80 for the offence, which is contrary to sections 1(1) and (4) of the Criminal Damage Act 1971, and ordered to pay £200 in compensation.
Costs to Crown Prosecution Service amounted to £85.
