County Hall in Haverfordwest was illuminated in a purple glow on Tuesday night as a symbol of support with the Black Lives Matter campaign.
The tribute was Pembrokeshire County Council’s gesture in memory of George Floyd and in solidarity with the protests his death sparked around the world.
Purple is the colour synonymous with the struggle against oppression.”
Similar tributes have been organised by local authorities in England and Wales for their offices.
