The mystery of a burst water main which caused significant disruption to residents recently has been raised by a local County Councillor.
Cllr Jacob Williams told members of East Williamston Community Council that he’d received queries concerning ‘long-running on-off activity’ taking place in the field opposite Clayford Road's junction with the A478 in Moreton.
A burst water main on the land is believed to have been the cause of the water outage which affected large parts of south-east Pembrokeshire on January 4.
As part of what was semmingly a big repair project, which initially closed the southbound carriageway - Cllr Williams said Welsh Water had still not departed and the hedge which was removed to gain access to the field, was still bounded by temporary fencing.
