Saundersfoot Community Council has agreed that they would like to receive an annual agreement to sign each year which details the costs to fund the public conveniences at the neighbouring seaside village of Wisemans Bridge.

Last year, members of Saundersfoot Community Council agreed to accept financial responsibility to ensure that the public toilets remained open, with Pembrokeshire County Council going down the route of closing conveniences as part of its budget balancing exercise.

The toilets at Wisemans Bridge recently re-opened following repairs required due to vandalism and damage to the roof.

At the Community Council’s recent meeting, members agreed to contact PCC to email the formalised agreement for the financial year 2024/25 for approval.
