Sir, In a letter printed in your paper last week (June 8) regarding Clr. Calver not informing Manorbier Community Council about a proposed sale of land to a housing association, I wish to inform you that Clr. Calver did in fact inform the council of this proposal. During the well-attended public session, attention was focused on another potential development of land between Windy Ridge and the Skrinkle houses. The matter was also discussed in council. During those discussions, Clr. Calver reported that besides the current application that would be considered by the National Park, Pembrokeshire County Council were considering offering several plots of land on the Skrinkle Estate to a housing association. He also outlined particular areas, which were those being considered. Last week's letter would indicate that some council members were unaware of what was actually said.

Clr. Martin Davies, Manorbier.
