Tenby In Bloom chairma,n Clr. Mrs. Sue Lane, would welcome the chance to liaise with the Greenhill Environment Club and the Sixth Form Train Station Committee after the town council received correspondence from the school's newly-formed organisations. Community and citizenship manager at Greenhill School, Calvin Williams, wrote to the council informing them that the two parties had recently adopted Tenby Railway Station on behalf of the school as part of Arriva Trains 'adopt a station' scheme. "We feel that this is a worthy service project that will benefit the community and visitors to Tenby, whilst seeing the community's young people taking responsibility," said Mr. Williams in a letter brought before councillors at their meeting on Tuesday. "We believe that the project would benefit from a link with the council and Tenby in Bloom in particular," he added. Clr. Mrs. Lane said that she would very much like to attend one of the organisation's meetings to discuss ideas.
