Members of St. Mary Out Liberty Community will be meeting the developer of a proposed retirement village at Park House Court, Narberth Road, Tenby, at their next meeting. As reported in last week's issue, outline planning permission is being sought by GKV Developments for a retirement village on land adjacent to Park House Court. Pembrokeshire County Council has received the application and has recently carried out a consultation process. St. Mary Out Liberty Community Council have been asked for their comments, but at their February meeting, members were unable to approve the development in its present form because they felt there was insufficient detail. They said they required much more information before any decision could be made on a development of that size. Clerk, Mr. Brian Waters, has therefore arranged for the developer to attend the council's next meeting on Tuesday, March 13, to answer questions that councillors may wish to ask. Members of the community interested in the project are also welcome to attend to listen to the meeting which will begin at 7 pm at New Hedges Village Hall.
