Tenby Junior School have been congratulated following the official unveiling of their new building. Clr. Mrs. Sue Lane, a governor at the school in Heywood Lane, told her colleagues at Tuesday's meeting of the town council that the new building was "absolutely superb." She was also delighted that the school had passed their recent inspection with flying colours. Clr. Mrs. Lane also spoke of the problems that staff and pupils had encountered in trying to finish their nature class as part of the school's conservation area. Due to a lack of funds, the project had come to a standstill, with a roof still being needed for the outdoor hut. However, Clr. Mrs. Lane had been informed this week that an anonymous donation had been made so that the works could be completed.
