After reading all the letters this week, there is a lot of fury over actions taken by Pembrokeshire County Council, with good reason.
I think they are the ones that need an overhaul! They just don't seem willing to help anybody but themselves. If it's cuts they need to make, then maybe they should take a long, hard look at themselves. They are one of the most highly paid councils in Wales and it was recently reported that the head earns more than the Prime Minister.
Instead, those of us struggling to live as it is (and that's most of us), will now have another increase to account for and that's the council tax rise. Why could they not increase all the higher bands and make it fair on everyone?
They also seem set to destroy our town with sky high rates, no adequate parking and now parking fine fears and constant road works/improvements in the square.
Tenby is dying on its feet and they are just making it worse, not better.
