The charity 'Urdd Gobaith Cymru' received a financial boost from Tenby Town Council this week. Councillors agreed to donate £100 towards the charity at their meeting on Tuesday evening. "Some 319 children from Tenby belong to this group and they do a lot of worthwhile work in promoting the Welsh language in the area," commented Deputy Mayor, Clr. Mrs. Kerri Durham, in proposing the donation.
