Both the top two in the A League recorded wins, with the Angel Narberth A hitting big against the Ivy Bush by 8-1 (however, did hear it wasn't a classic and Ivy should have won a lot more), while the Taf made the trip to the RAOB A and came away with a hard fought 6-3.

Lawrenny SC notched up their third win of the season at home to the Angel Llan, while at the Stanley Arms A, the Farmers, who were struggling to get a side early in the week, pulled off a good result, chalking up their first win of the season by taking the last two doubles.

The B League saw the RFC Otters make it a straight 10 wins with victory over the Parcylan B, although the Llanddewi side became the first team to beat them in the 1001. The Bush Robeston remain in second place after a slow start against Stanley B, taking the match by 6-3, while the RAOB B made the long trip to the Glandy worthwhile with a big 8-1 win.

The Plash pulled off a surprise win against the in-form Alpha, while the Angel Narberth B were unlucky against the Dragon team. After going 3-0 down, they pulled the match back to four apiece, only to lose out on the last doubles (that Colin's such a spoilsport). Mind you, if the pub had a bit of background music, the team wouldn't have been so nervous (you could have heard a pin drop).

Only achievement on the night came from Gavin James (Angel Narberth A) 19 darts.
