Pupils of the Tenby-based Seren School of Irish Dancing recently took part in the Great Britain Regional Championships held at Port Talbot and walked away with a variety of medals and trophies.
Eight of the dancers also qualified to take part in the Irish Open Championships, which are to be held in Dublin in May. These were Megan Bridges, Emily Dilks, Shannon Robins, Kiera Slack, Masie John, Kate Barnaby, Leah Asparassa and Lizzy John.
Dance teacher, Cheryl John, will be hosting her own competition in the De Valance on Sunday, February 22, 2009, something Cheryl and all the dancers are looking forward to immensely.
