Bridge Innovation Centre company One iota is heading to break the £1 million sales barrier this year.
The company, which provides multi-channel commerce technology to retailers, is set to double in size over the next 18 months.
Based in Rossendale in Lancashire, One iota has a technical team based at Pembrokeshire County Council's Bridge Innovation Centre in Pembroke Dock.
Led by Lead Engineer Ross MacFarlane, the Pembrokeshire operation has tripled its software and technical programme team over the last month to cope with increased demand.
One iota was founded in 2010 by Damian Hanson and David Hague and won the Young Business of the Year award in the Manchester Evening News Business Awards last year.
It employs more than 20 staff across its two sites - a 30 percent rise in its workforce on this time last year.
The company's MESH platform is a software service that allows retailers to make their products available through a broad range of new sales channels - such as mobile applications and websites optimised for mobile phones and tablets.
Increasingly MESH is enabling technology in high street stores, such as self-service kiosks and tablet devices used by store staff.
These all help brands to tailor the experience for their customers; and help customers find, choose and pay for goods wherever they are.
Co-founder Damian Hanson said the company had seen strong growth following its award win and expected to double the size of its business over the next 18 months.
"It was a real honour for us to win the Young Business of the Year award in 2012, and our vision to help retailers go multi-channel through our MESH technology platform is paying dividends with new clients such as SuperGroup, Thorntons, Elizabeth Arden and Littlewoods," he said.
"We are seeing strong demand for our in-store shopping solutions covering kiosk, tablet and mobile points of sale.
"We will comfortably break £1m in sales this financial year and our focus is to continue our investment in the MESH technology platform.
"The business has good sales momentum and we feel we are in a great place to continue our growth over the coming years, especially as the retail sector and the economy as a whole pick up."
Located in the Pembrokeshire Science and Technology Park in Pembroke Dock, the Business Innovation Centre is home to 13 businesses providing jobs for over 70 people.
