ALL the players of Penally Bridge Club were pleased to see the return of director Alan, on October 6, after a traumatic sea crossing back from France at the height of Storm Amy.

Alan duly celebrated first place with partner Geoff, scoring 61.11%, way ahead of second-placed Jo & John with 51.39%. All remaining pairs followed close behind.

Penally Bridge Club meets each Monday at 1.15pm in the Village Hall. Visiting players always welcome.
