ON a typically cold & showery Bank Holiday Monday 14 players enjoyed an afternoon of Duplicate Bridge at Penally Village Hall.

Top by a whisker were John & Jill with 63.75%, just beating Paul B & Stuart with 62.50%. Third were Geoff & Paul V with 56.25%. A mere 2.5% separated the bottom four pairs, so no one was disgraced.

Penally Bridge Club meets each Monday at 1.15pm in the Village Hall. Parking is available and refreshments are provided. Visiting players with their partners are always welcome and booking is not required. —JCG
