NEYLAND Ladies Choir members were delighted to pass on the proceeds from a recent concert in the Pembrokeshire town to the Roko 20 Academy charity founded by Neyland's Tracey Neale-Ferreira.
The donation followed an extremely successful concert at St Clements Church in May, when the choir shared the stage with Pembroke and District Male Voice Choir along with Wes Davies and Emily Arnold.
At the end of the rehearsal on Wednesday, June 17, the choir handed over a cheque for £800 to charity volunteer Jonny Sutton who had given a short talk during the concert outlining the work Roko 20 carries out for the children of the academy in Kenya.
Neyland Ladies Choir has supported Roko 20 over the years and would like to thank their supporters and followers who make such an evening a huge success.
In the photograph, Jonny, accompanied by Ledley, is seen receiving the cheque.
