MANORBIER and District Gardening Club will welcome Chris Taylor, Ranger for Coast and Parks to its July meeting at The Giraldus Centre for an exploration of ‘Things with Wings’ in the Community Garden at the rear of the hall.

The Community Garden is overflowing with flowers, fruit and vegetables, so hope to see may types of butterflies, bees, moths and other pollinators there. Chris will demonstrate how to catch these beautiful creatures for a closer look at them, weather permitting, of course!

Refreshments will be on offer, along with the raffle, plant sale, free gardening magazines and the 'Jobs for the Month' board.

The event takes place on Wednesday, July 15, 7.30pm. Visitors pay a small fee of £3. All from near or far are very welcome! The centre’s postcode is SA70 7TN.
