RECENTLY, Chris Hughes and Anna Worley, of T. P. Hughes and Sons, opened the store's refurbished ground floor section.

Over the last six years, they have patiently refurbished the rest of the main store's interior, culminating in the recent opening of the new linen and soft furnishing departments.

"We have total confidence in the future of retailing in Tenby and are committed to continuing to offer the town a department store that is a real asset to the town.

"Our mission is still to offer quality and value with a service that is second to none," explained managing director Chris.

"We would like to thank the people of Tenby and district for continuing to support us. We feel an immense sense of pride and achievement that we are still successfully trading in our 108th year and are looking forward to many more prosperous years ahead."
