Colourful floral creations and handmade crafts were on display in abundance this week at St. James' Church in Manorbier, as many local residents exhibited their work at the village's craft and flower festival.
Many examples of crafts were exhibited amongst the beautiful flower displays in the church, including heirlooms loaned by local residents, along with hand-made items, cards and paintings.
Members of the Pembrokeshire Guild of Weavers, Spinners and Dyers were also on hand to give demonstrations, while two single size hand-made quilts on display were being raffled, having been made by the ladies of Manorbier and surrounding villages as a combined project.
A floral tribute was also set up in loving memory of one of the organisers, Mrs. Pat Crisp, who passed away recently.
"Many of Pat's friends have made the floral tribute by adding their own individual flowers to the display, which has proved a nice touch to the festival in her memory," said organiser Pat Henderson, whose husband David is also the church warden.
The festival, which started on Tuesday, will run until 6 pm tomorrow (Saturday) at the church, culminating in a concert by the Quaynotes Choir on the Sunday at 8 pm.
