Following the recent article in your 'paper, on the RNIB Cymru collection device in Tenby, RNIB Cymru wishes to thank the council for raising this issue with us and we are very thankful for their understanding in this matter.

We are extremely appreciative of the support that Tenby Rotary club have offered us in refurbishing the box, which has been a feature in the town for many years. Work on the collection box will hopefully be completed in the next sixmonths.

Each year, the box helps to raise vital funds for our charity. Thanks to the support of the Rotary in refurbishing this, we hope this can continue for many years to come.

We would also like to thank the local community for their continued support in raising funds for the charity and we look forward to the unveiling of a new box.
