Colby parkrun recently presented a cheque for £500 to Wales Air Ambulance. The money was raised from a raffle held after the free, weekly 5km timed run. It is held every Saturday at 9 am at Colby Woodlands, National Trust, near Amroth.

Colby parkrun is grateful to Air Ambulance for responding to an incident following a parkrunner collapsing. The parkrunner survived with the help of the defibrillator, marshals, parkrunners and Air Ambulance.

Colby parkrun welcomes runners of all abilities. More information can be found online at Colby parkrun.
