Clunderwen YFC travelled to Hermon to compete in the Annual YFC Field Day competition. All competitors braved the elements and tackled the Pembrokeshire rain and wind to produce some brilliant results: 1st in fencing - Alastair Coates, David James, Christopher Davies; 1st ATV challenge - Alastair Coates and Gemma Robinson; Will Davies – 1st in junior stock judging, Ellie Robinson - 3rd in senior stock judging. Overall Clunderwen YFC were placed second - a massive well done to all who participated. To follow this success, Ellie Robinson was announced as Rally Queen attendant for 2014. All at the club wish her well and know she will be a remarkable representative for Clunderwen YFC. Following on from the field day competition, Ali Coates, David James and Christopher Davies competed in the National Fencing Competition in Aberystwyth and were placed fourth, meaning they have qualified to compete in the Royal Welsh Show later this year.
