Pembrokeshire engineers carried out investigations this week after part of Tenby's North Cliff collapsed onto the beach below.
A spokesman for the county council said that, while the land slip had occurred on private land and was the responsibility of the landowner, they had inspected the area to determine if it had structurally affected any properties in the North Cliff area.
This was not the case at present.
