Long-serving member and officer of Narberth Civic Week, Clr. Wynne Evans, retired from the committee, after being involved in over 23 carnivals. The new chairman, Mrs. Elizabeth Rogers, presented Clr. Evans with a watercolour picture as a memento and thank you for his years' of unstinting service. Also in the picture are the Mayor, Clr. David Norcross, and officers and officials of Narberth Civic Week.
