There were civic celebrations in Pembroke Dock on Sunday when the annual parade and service took place for new Mayor, Clr. Mrs. Maureen Colgan.

The parade commenced from Pembroke Dock Community School car park and paraded along Bush Street to St. Johns Church for the service.

The Mayor was joined on the parade by parade marshal David Boswell and standards from a number of organisations.

Mayors from a number of other neighbouring towns attended the parade, along with Pembroke Dock Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, Guides and Sea Cadets, Pembroke Dock Fire Brigade and Pembroke Dock Policing Team.

During the service, there were performances from Pennar School Choir, The Griffon Choir and St. Johns Church Choir.

The Mayor, Clr. Colgan, would like to express her thanks to all who attended.
