Local residents are still harbouring concerns over plans by Pembrokeshire County Council to scrap the town's civic amenity site at the Salterns. Tenby councillor Paul Rapi raised the matter at Tuesday night's meeting of the town council.
The town clerk, Mr. Andrew Davies, told members that he had contacted Mr. Ian Westley, of the county council, over the matter, but had not yet received a response.
Clr. Mike Evans added, though, that he did not believe that the county council planned to make any changes to the site for at least another two years.
