Sir, Through your newspaper, we would like to say a big thank you to everyone who made the seventh St. Nicholas Christmas Market such a success yet again. Our particular thanks to all members of the Saundersfoot Chamber for Tourism who either came or sent staff to help put together and then at the end of the weekend dismantle the 65 stalls (we hope your muscles have stopped aching now), and for all the support given during the weekend on the Chamber stall. Also the many villagers who came and offered help - without your support, all these tasks would have been so much harder for us. To Netherwood and Greenhill School who came and delighted everyone once again with their music and carol singing; to Tenby Salvation Army band and Tenby Brass Band and also the United Churches' choir. The Harbour Commissioners who generously let us take over the car park once again for the market, and also their helpful staff for making sure the market area was always clean and tidy each day. To the security staff for their nightly patrols and last, but not least, to Father Christmas for again giving up his valuable time to visit the children of Saundersfoot and for bringing Mrs. Christmas along this year. We are already taking bookings for the 2006 market, which will be held on December 1, 2 and 3. Please contact (01834) 813496 to book your stall early. The committee of Saundersfoot Chamber for Tourism would like to wish everyone in Saundersfoot a happy and holy Christmas and a peaceful and prosperous New Year and invite everyone to join us on the harbour on New Year's Eve for the Grand Firework Display at midnight and welcome in the New Year. Thank you on behalf of Saundersfoot Chamber for Tourism.
