Christmas Fair at Stepaside School

The staff, pupils and Friends of Stepaside CP School would like to invite you to their Christmas Fair this year.

Pop in for a warm drink and a warm welcome as you browse the craft stalls for some Christmas gift ideas. Why not try your luck at the games the Class 6 pupils have designed for you? There will be bric a brac, toys and games, tombola and filled mugs.

There are some fantastic prizes on offer in the prize draw, including £50 cash, hampers and tickets for local attractions.

The work of the Friends of the School is vital to supporting the pupils in the school, so please come along and help raise funds for them.

Christmas lights switch on

The annual Christmas lights display provided by Vic and Sheila at 13 Kingsmoor Close, Kilgetty, will be switched-on on Tuesday, December 1, at 6 pm.

The sparkling festive display will run until the first week of January when the lights will be turned off.

All monies raised will be in aid of the Paul Sartori Foundation.

CRICKET DINNER

The Annual Dinner and Presentation Evening of Kilgetty Cricket Club will be held at the Begelly Arms, Begelly, on Saturday, November 28, at 7 pm prompt.

It will be a three-course silver service dinner with a celebrity guest speaker. Diners will have a choice of soup or prawn cocktail with garlic bread as a starter, roast beef, turkey or vegetarian lasagne as the main course and apple pie, profiteroles, gateau or ice cream for a dessert.

Food choices must be made at the time of booking. Tickets are limited to 90, so book early to avoid disappointment.
