Christmas is on its way and the post-box for letters to Santa at Tenby Library will come out from Monday.
Children can write a letter to Santa, post it in the box and be sure of getting a personalised handwritten reply from Father Christmas. The letters will arrive in time for the Christmas tea party in the library on Friday, December 21 at 3.15 pm. There’s no need to book for this and it’s free, just turn up, collect your letter and enjoy some yummy festive treats.
There will also be a Family Christmas Crafts activity on Saturday, December 2 at 11am. We are offering a range of craft activities suitable for children aged 3 and above and their parents/grandparents. This event is free but booking is essential. There will be refreshments available, so if you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know when booking.
Children’s author Lynn Stuart will be visiting the library on Saturday, December 15 at 11 am for some readings of her stories and will be showing how to make a small book. Her book ‘George Visits Tenby’ is written in rhyme and is suitable for children aged 4-11.
For more information and booking, please call Tenby Library on 01437 775151 or 01834 843934 or email [email protected].
