Six-year-old Madoc Evans from Tenby VC Infants School is this year's winner of the Shelter Cymru Christmas e-card competition. His design is being used as an exclusive e-card.
Every year, Shelter Cymru ask primary schools across Wales to take part and they were delighted with the quality and response for this year's competition.
Judges found it difficult to make a final decision and said: "I thoroughly enjoyed seeing children's ideas and I am very impressed with the high standards. It made everyone's decision difficult. It was nice to see a child's perspective of Christmas around the world."
Hannah Berry, who organised the competition, added: "We want to say a big thank you to all the primary schools that supported the competition and we look forward to seeing many more getting involved next year. Every child should be in a safe secure home at Christmas and this competition helps us to raise much-needed support to continue to help make this happen."
Madoc will receive a framed certificate and a prize for his school which will be used to buy more art materials. Madoc enjoys art and was inspired to design the card by his art teacher, Mrs. Helen Bullock.
In addition there were two runners-up: Joshua Powrie, seven, from Gaer Primary School, Newport, and Gwen Bailey-Thomas, five, also from Tenby VC Infants School.
