Anyone interested in gaining a qualification in children's welfare, care and education should attend an information evening next Thursday, April 1, at Pembrokeshire College's Lecture Theatre at 6.30 pm.

Among the courses on offer is the Cache Certificate for Teaching Assistants for support staff or those wishing to work in education, as well as Childhood Studies for people who already work in any area of childhood education - this course is validated by the University of Glamorgan and can be taken up to degree level.

Apart from finding out about the course content, people can obtain information on the night about the supportive learning environment at the college and funding advice.
