Members of South Pembs Hunt Pony Club have been wearing their new competitor bibs which were sponsored by Chevron for the Pony Club Area 18 Tetrathlon Committee. The competition which runs over two days, comprises of pistol shooting, swimming, running and cross country riding, with boys and girls from eight to 21 years taking part. The latest event, which included hunter trials, was held at Pembrey Country Park on April 21/22, attracted 150 entries and several more events, as well as the Pony Club Inter Area competitions, are planned for later this year. The construction of a new water jump on the Pembrey course was also kindly sponsored by Thomas Scourfield and sons, Nuttalls Ltd., and Cemex Readymix.
