The 3 Amigos and Dollies held their summer show recently at Carew Airfield.

“We were able to donate £900 to Blood Bikes Pembrokeshire and £300 to Pembrokeshire Autistic Society,” said Ness, of The 3 Amigos and Dollies.

She continued: “We had a glorious weekend with camping live music and bar, plus children activities.”

And she added: “We would like to thank Phil and Sue at Sealand Developments Pembroke Ltd for the facilities he provided and sponsorship of our banner, The Plough Inn Sageston for the provision of the bar, Mike Jones, 4coustic, Nowinaminit, The Cover Ups, New Tricks and Jack Sound for providing live music, lovely hot food provided by Daps Baps and Mama Mia with dessert from Pembs. Pancakes.

“We would like to thank our various stallholders for a lovely variety of activities and things to purchase. We would also like to thank the small selection of volunteers who assisted with preparations and running the show.”

Ness concluded: We are very grateful for the support we receive as without it we could not host such events and would not be able to support these great causes. We would like to thank all who attended as those camping fees and raffle ticket purchases are what helped to raise the funds and we are pleased to see such positive comments on Facebook which indicate that all who attended the event had a thoroughly enjoyable time.”
