Pembroke Rotary Club held its annual charity fun day at Manorbier Castle on Saturday, August 15. What's more, a recession-busting £2,100 was raised for the Paul Sartori Foundation and other local charities.

During the course of the day there was plenty of entertainment from the Pembroke Borough Silver Band, Medieval re-enactment from the Knights Templar, The Red Kites Cheerleaders and the annual Manorbier Snail Race. Not to mention face-painting and many stalls, including the famous 'bat the rat' and 'human fruit machine'.

Pembroke Rotary Club would like to thank the trustees of Manorbier Castle for hosting the event and all those who provided the entertainment.
