Charity stall thanks

Sir,

We would like to take the opportunity through your newspaper of thanking everyone who supported our fund-raising stall at the Christmas morning held at New Hedges Village Hall, organised by Ruth and Matt Goldwait, of the Mini-Market and Post Office.

We were delighted to raise the sum of £180, which has been donated to Cancer Research Wales at Velindre Hospital Cardiff in memory of our daughter, Sian.

Thank you to everyone who helped and purchased our Christmas floral decorations.
