A charity night held recently at New Hedges Tavern has raised a magnificent sum of money for a cancer unit in Llanelli.
The fund-raising evening held at the end of last month, was in aid of the cancer unit at Llanelli's Prince Phillip Hospital, with £1,216 raised on the night through an auction and raffle.
Thanks go to all who contributed and helped on the night and the weeks leading up to the event, including Lloyd and Sue Eynon, Adrienne Evans, all the staff who made the evening such a success, and also Andrew and Alwyn (Butch) for the entertainment.
