RSVP volunteers got together on Monday morning to hold a coffee morning at Pembroke Town Hall to raise money for the Chemotherapy Unit at Withybush Hospital. Town crier Rose Blackburn started proceedings at 10 am, with her familiar holler, with the event running through until lunchtime. As well as the refreshments that were available at the charity fund-raiser, there was also a selection of hand-knitted items made by RSVP volunteers for sale, with all proceeds going to the worthy cause.

Fund-raiser organiser Mary Squirrell, along with RSVP volunteers Pat Smith, Brenda Waters and Raydene Waters, display some of the hand-knitted items that were on sale to raise funds for Withybush’s Chemothrapy Unit. Observer pic.
